ALL that area of land containing 520 acres, more or less, in the Wellington Land District, County of Waitotara, situated in Blocks XIII and XIV, Wairoa Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the mean high-water mark of the sea due south of the southernmost corner of Section 91, Waitotara District, and proceeding south-westerly along the mean high-water mark to a point due south of the easternmost corner of Section 81, Waitotara District; thence due north to the northern boundary of the area described in paragraph (a) of the Schedule to the Iron and Steel Industry Act 1959; thence easterly along that boundary to a point due north of the southernmost corner of Section 91, Waitotara District, aforesaid; thence due south to the point of commencement.
