✨ Railway Land Declarations



Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 18th day of March 1963.

SECOND SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that parcel of land containing 32·6 perches situated in the extension of the Township of Ngapara, being Allotment 28 on deposited plan No. 372, being part Section 9, Block VII, Awamoko Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 83, folio 165, Otago Registry.

Also all that parcel of land containing 1 acre and 24·6 perches, more or less, being Allotments 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, and 34, on deposited plan 372, being part Section 9, Block VII, Awamoko Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 73, folio 134, Otago Registry.
