Land Taken for Foreshore Protection in the Borough of Eastbourne
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for foreshore protection, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Eastbourne as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of March 1963.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 6·19 perches situated in the Borough of Eastbourne, Wellington R.D., being part Section 45, Harbour District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 239 (S.O. 24037) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of March 1963.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of March 1963.
