CORRIGENDUM

In the Order in Council published in Gazette, No. 8, 7 February 1963, page 145, consenting to raising of loans by certain local authorities, for the date "4th day of February 1963", read "30th day of January 1963", which last-mentioned date appears in the Order in Council signed by His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

Revoking in Part a Proclamation Taking Land Near Kioreroa

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 11th day of December 1958 and published in Gazette, No. 77, of that year, at page 1848, taking land at Kioreroa for railway purposes in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

Situated in Block XIII, Whangarei Survey District, Whangarei County. (S.O. 43727.)

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 18454 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of March 1963.

Land Taken for a Public School and for Road in Block XI, Otamatea Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of March 1963.

FIRST SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Otamatea Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

2 0 21·2 Parts Allotment 169, Parish of Oruawharo;
0 3 0·7 coloured sephia on plan.

0 2 23·1 Part Allotment 169, Parish of Oruawharo; coloured sephia, edged sephia, on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6147 (S.O. 43187) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

SECOND SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 7·5 perches situated in Block XI, Otamatea Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 169, Parish of Oruawharo; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6147 (S.O. 43187) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of March 1963.

Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Block IX, Kaitawa Survey District

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes, and shall vest in the Manawatu Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of March 1963.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

All those pieces of land situated in Block IX, Kaitawa Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7181 (S.O. 24520) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sephia.
