THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

CHANGES TO THE BOROUGH OF ONEHUNGA DISTRICT SCHEME APPROVED

PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the under-mentioned changes to the district scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 for the Borough of Onehunga were approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 25th day of February 1963.

The Council has also resolved that the under-mentioned changes to the district scheme shall come into operation on the 1st day of April 1963.

Copies of the scheme changes, as approved, have been deposited in the Council’s office and in the Onehunga Carnegie Library and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.

SCHEDULE OF CHANGES

Change No. 1: Residential B. Code and scheme statement amendment (changes in description of certain residential uses and changes in bulk and location requirements).

Change No. 2: Subdivisional standards. Code amendment (changes affecting frontages to rear sites).

Change No. 3: Matipo and Alfred Streets. Map amendment (change from designation as “Borough Endowment” and “Reclamation Reserve” to “Industrial C” zoning).

Change No. 4: Princes and Hill Streets. Map amendment (change from designation as “Recreation Reserve” to “Industrial B” zoning).

Change No. 5: Scheme statement amendment (deletion of Schedules of Properties).

Dated at Auckland this 27th day of February 1963.

The price of each Gazette varies and is printed thereon.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the day preceding publication.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 9d. per line for the first insertion and 6d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertions.

The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.

STATUTORY REGULATIONS

Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:

(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) subscription £2 per calendar year in advance.

(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 35s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and 1939–42 are out of print.)

(3) Separate regulations as issued.

The price of each regulation is printed thereon.
