RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Rural Housing Loan (No. 5) 1962, £40,000
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and all other Acts in that behalf enabling, the Wallace County Council hereby resolves as follows:

“That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £40,000, to be known as the Rural Housing Loan (No. 5) 1962, authorised to be raised by the Wallace County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of making advances to farmers in terms of the Rural Housing Act 1939, the said Wallace County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0·03d. in the pound on the capital value of all rateable property in the County of Wallace; and that such special rate shall be annually recurring during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 30th day of June in each and every year during the currency of such loan and until the loan is fully paid off.”
