Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservations as reserves for road purposes over the lands described in the Schedule hereto.

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for hospital purposes to a reserve for buildings of the General Government.

Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of Stony River Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for scenic purposes and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to form part of the Stony River Scenic Reserve, to be administered as a scenic reserve by the Taranaki County Council.

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act, to form part of the Corbett Park Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Lyttelton and revokes the reservation as and for the sites for public buildings for the use and benefit of the inhabitants of the Borough of Lyttelton and for use and occupying the same when and so long as the same or any part thereof shall not be built upon for general municipal purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
