Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work to be Crown Land, Subject to a Building-line Restriction

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the building-line restriction contained in K. 77336, Auckland Land Registry, to be deemed to have been Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 15th day of January 1963.

Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Hamilton City Council on the 12th day of September 1962: “That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Hamilton City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Mayor, Councillors and Citizens of the said city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a public reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act”.
