Vesting of a Reserve in the Mataura Borough Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby vests the reserve described in the Schedule hereto in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Mataura, in trust, for cemetery purposes.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Selwyn County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Selwyn and revokes the reservation for the purposes of a gravel pit over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Licensing Frankton Camping Grounds Ltd. to Use and Occupy a Part of the Bed of Lake Wakatipu as a Site for a Jetty

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Frankton Camping Grounds Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of Lake Wakatipu at Frankton Arm, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11399 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining a jetty thereon, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
  2. The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) and the annual sum so payable three pounds (£3).
  3. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of December 1962.
