PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Raglan County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the portions of land described in the First Schedule hereto, to take for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of a road the portions of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and to stop the portions of road described in the Third Schedule hereto.
