RAN GITIKEI COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928
NOTICE is hereby given that the Rangitikei County Council
proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act,
to execute a certain public work, namely, the straightening of
Te Hou Hou Road in the Rangitikei County; and for the
purposes of such public work the lands described in the
Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby
further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken
is deposited in the public office of the County Clerk to the
said Council situated in High Street, Marton, and is open for
inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office
hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public
work or by the taking of such lands who have any well-
grounded objections to the execution of the said public work
or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections
in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the first
publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the Council
Chambers, High Street, Marton.

proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928,
to take for road the portions of land described in the Schedule
hereto.
A plan of the portions of land proposed to be taken is
open for public inspection at the office of the Raglan County
Council, Great South Road, Ngaruawahia, during the 40 days
from the date of the first publication of this notice. All persons

TE AWAMUTU BOROUGH COUNCIL
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Te Awamutu Borough
Council, at its meeting held on the 27th day of November
1962, has resolved to publicly notify its intention to prepare
for the Te Awamutu Borough, as the same is now constituted,
a district scheme as required by the provisions of the Town
and Country Planning Act 1953.
Every person concerned and every local authority in the
district as defined in section 2 of the Act is hereby invited
to submit full information as to the proposals (including public
works) which in his or its opinion should be considered in
the preparation of the scheme.
Proposals marked "Te Awamutu District Scheme" should be
addressed to the Town Clerk and delivered at the Town
Clerk's Office on or before the 31st day of March 1963.

MOTUEKA BOROUGH COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Motueka District Scheme Approved
PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations
1960, public notice is hereby given that the district scheme
under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 for the
Borough of Motueka was approved by the Council by resolution
passed at its meeting held on the 13th day of November
1962 after all objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating
to the scheme had been disposed of and the scheme had been
amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed
and all amendments of the district scheme required by the
Board had been incorporated.
The Council has also resolved that the scheme shall come
into operation on the 21st day of December 1962.
Copies of the scheme as approved have been deposited in
the Council's office and in every public library in the district
and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so
requires at any time when these places are open to the public.
