Creditors' Voluntary Winding Up

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 269 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, that, by an entry in its minute book made in accordance with the provisions of section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955 and dated the 19th day of November 1962, the above company has passed the following extraordinary resolution:

“1. That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue in business, and that it is advisable to wind up, and that the company be wound up voluntarily.

“2. That Mr Lewis Nathan Ross, of Auckland, public accountant, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.”

At a meeting of creditors of the company held on 29 November 1962 the appointment of Mr L. N. Ross as liquidator of the company was confirmed.

THE liquidator of J. K.
