ORDER 1. This order may be cited as the Hawke's Bay Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1957, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Hawke's Bay Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1957 (hereinafter referred to as the principal order). 2. The principal order is hereby amended by deleting the First Schedule thereto and substituting the following: "FIRST SCHEDULE AREA OF SUPPLY THE Hawke's Bay Electric Power District as defined in the Second Schedule to the Proclamation dated the 17th day of October 1962 and published in the Gazette on the 25th day of the same month at page 1855." Gazette, 5 December 1957, p. 2252 (N.Z.E.D. 10/33/1) Authorising the Laying Off of a Street off Seymour Road in the Borough of Howick, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 5th day of December 1962 Present: HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Howick Borough Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft but not less than 40 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 6591 referred to in the Schedule hereto within a distance of 15 ft from the side line of the said street. SCHEDULE NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT THAT proposed street in the Borough of Howick containing by admeasurement 1 rood 13'2 perches, more or less, being part western and eastern portions of Allotment 18, Section 9, small lots near the Village of Howick.
