A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 1·2 perches situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Otahuhu, Auckland R.D., and being part land on D.P. 27298; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6374 (S.O. 43779) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue, edged blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of November 1962.

All that piece of street containing 0·2 perches situated in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Papatoetoe, Auckland R.D., and adjoining or passing through Lot 19, D.P. 26692, and Lot 6, D.P. 8158; coloured green on plan. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6664 (S.O. 43669) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

All that piece of land containing 1 acre 2 roods 3·5 perches being part Section 43, Block XVI, Pirongia Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151693 (S.O. 36926) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

SECOND SCHEDULE

All those pieces of land described as follows:
