The liquidator of The Strand Buildings Ltd., which is being

1962 as the day on or before which the creditors of the com-
pay are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any
title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made
before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from
objecting to such distribution.

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up
of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was,
on the 20th day of November 1962, presented to the said
Court by Maclachlan, Dye, and Co. Ltd; and that the said
petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at
Auckland on the 14th day of December 1962 at 10 o'clock in
the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said
company desirous to support or oppose the making of an
order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing
in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of
