Road Excluded from Speed Limitation and Limited Speed
Zone Declared

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

1. That so much of the Warrant under section 3 of the Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 1936, dated the 1st day of September 1937,* as relates to Normanby Town District is hereby revoked.

2. The road specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 36 of the Transport Act 1949.

3. The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956†.

FIRST SCHEDULE

Situated within Normanby Town District—

No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth) (from the southern boundary of Normanby Town District to the northern boundary of Normanby Town District).

SECOND SCHEDULE

Situated within Normanby Town District—

No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth) (from the northern boundary of Normanby Town District to Atkinson Street).

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

1. That those portions of the Warrants under section 3 of the Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 1936, dated the 3rd day of March 1937* and the 6th day of October 1937†, which relate to Paeroa Borough are hereby revoked.

2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 36 of the Transport Act 1949.

3. The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956‡.
