Land Agents Audit Regulations 1962
NOTICE OF EXEMPTION
PURSUANT to regulation 13 of the Lands Agents Audit Regulations, the Minister of Justice hereby directs that the provision of those regulations, other than regulation 10, shall not apply in respect of the companies hereinafter mentioned, namely:

Removing Maori Wardens from Office Under the Maori Social and Economic Advancement Act 1945
PURSUANT to section 11 (2) of the Maori Social and Economic Advancement Act 1945, the Minister of Maori Affairs hereby removes from office the Maori Wardens named in the First Schedule hereto who have resigned from office and the Maori Warden named in the Second Schedule hereto who is now deceased.

Roads Excluded from Speed Limitation and Limited Speed Zone Declared
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:
- That the Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, dated the 15th day of November 1960,* which relates to the No. 25 State Highway (Pipiroa-Waihi via Coromandel) in Thames Borough is hereby revoked.
- The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 36 of the Transport Act 1949.
- The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be limited speed zones for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956†.
