WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waipa County Council proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a public road for which purpose the land described in the Schedule hereto requires to be taken by the Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928.
A plan of the land required to be taken as aforesaid lies open to public inspection at the office of the Council in Bank Street, Te Awamutu.
All persons affected are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any well-founded objections to the execution of such work or to the taking of such land and to send such writing to the Waipa County Council within 40 days from the first publication of this notice.
Dated this 16th day of November 1962.

DECLARATION
IN conformity with the above Act, I, Ernest Bissett, General Manager of The Guardian Trust and Executors Co. of New Zealand Ltd., do solemnly and sincerely declare:
- That the liability of the members is limited. The capital of the company is £100,000, fully paid, divided into 20,000 shares of £5 each.
The assets of the company in its corporate capacity on the 30th day of June last were £227,177.
The liabilities of the company in its corporate capacity on that day were £5,900.
The first annual licence was issued on the 10th day of March 1911.
- That, in the capacity of trustees and executors, the amount of moneys received on account of estates up to the 30th day of June last was £108,748,764.
The amount of moneys paid on account of estates up to that day was £108,208,065.
The amount of balances held in trust accounts at various banks on account of estates under administration on that day was £540,699.
- And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand intituled the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957.

Rodney County District Scheme—Extension of Objection Period
PURSUANT to the provisions of regulation 18 (7) of the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the closing date for the receipt of objections to the Rodney County District Scheme has been extended to 5 p.m. on Thursday, 28 February 1963.

WAIPAWA COUNTY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT
Waipawa County District Scheme Approved
PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the district scheme, under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, for the County of Waipawa was approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on 20 August 1962 after all objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating to the scheme had been disposed of, and the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed and all amendments of the district scheme required by the Board had been incorporated.
The Council had also resolved that the scheme shall come into operation on the 1st day of January 1963.
Copies of the scheme as approved have been deposited in the Council's office and in every public library in the district, and may be inspected without fee by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.
