A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 15.7 perches situated in Block II, Aongatete Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining or passing through land on D.P. 20528, being part Allotment 59, Te Mania Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 544 (S.O. 40112) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of November 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY SUBDIVISION 2 of Section 3, Block V, Waro Survey District, situated in Clifton County: Area, 261 acres 3 roods 23 perches, more or less. As shown on plan No. 51/19 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 6285.)

As shown on plan No. 61/13 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plans 1592 and 4989.) Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of November 1962.
