Town and Country Planning Act 1953—Taranaki County District Scheme: Notice of Extension of Period of Effectiveness of Refusals and Prohibitions

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 38 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the period of effectiveness of each refusal or prohibition made by the Taranaki County Council in the interests of the Taranaki County District Scheme, which refusal or prohibition but for this notice would expire between the date of public notification hereof and the 1st day of November 1963 inclusive, is hereby extended to the said 1st day of November 1963.

Town and Country Planning Act 1953—Cook County District Scheme: Notice of Extension of Period of Effectiveness of Refusals and Prohibitions

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 38 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the period of effectiveness of each refusal or prohibition made by the Cook County Council in the interests of the Cook County District Scheme, which refusal or prohibition but for this notice would expire between the date of public notification hereof and the 10th day of November 1963 inclusive, is hereby extended to the said 10th day of November 1963.

Declaration that Land is a Public Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Makara County Council (now the Porirua Borough Council) on the 15th day of August 1962:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Makara County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Makara in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a public reserve for recreation within the meaning of the said Act.”

Declaration that Part of the Waitohi Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Waitohi Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act and, further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.
