New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the street described

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrow-
clough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zea-
land, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto
and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land
Court by an Order dated the 4th day of August 1952 to be
road.

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrow-
clough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zea-
land, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road
described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no longer
required.

ALL that piece of Government road containing 6·8 perches
situated in Block X, Mangakahia Survey District, Auckland
R.D., adjoining Section 45; as the same is more particularly

Canterbury Education Board as Sites for Public Schools to
be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir
Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Govern-
ment of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the
lands described in the Schedule hereto, being areas vested in
the Canterbury Education Board as sites for public schools,
shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, free and discharged
from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject
to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the
same at the date hereof.

IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 11 of the Tourist Hotel Corporation Act
1955, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule
hereto, being portion of Mount Cook National Park, shall,
as from the date hereof, be administered under the provisions
of the Tourist Hotel Corporation Act 1955, but otherwise
shall remain part of the said park.

PART Reserve 2652, situated in Block X, Mueller Survey
