A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for agricultural purposes (plant quarantine station); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of November 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line restriction contained in K. 44130, Auckland Land Registry, and subject to the fencing agreement contained in memorandum of transfer No. 668435, Auckland Land Registry, for the development of water power (Lake Taupo and Waikato River Power Scheme).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement over land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks, vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Te Awamutu the right to lay and maintain a pipe line with all accessories and to conduct water through the same and to enter for the purpose of inspecting, repairing, and maintaining the said pipe line; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of November 1962.
