A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school subject
to a building-line restriction imposed by notice No. 469746,
Canterbury Land Registry; and I also declare that this Pro-
clamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of
November 1962.
SCHEDULE
CANTEBURY LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 1 acre 39 2 perches situated
in Block X, Arowhenua Survey District, Canterbury R.D.,
and being part Lot 18, D.P. 19911, being part Rural Section
2282; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan
marked M.O.W. 6597 (S.O. 10038) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 8th day of November 1962.

I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 19th day of November 1962.

R.D., and being part Rural Section 816; as the same is more

at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
