Law Practitioners Act 1955

Pursuant to the Law Practitioners Act 1955, notice is hereby given that the Disciplinary Committee of the New Zealand Law Society, on the 31st day of October 1962, ordered that the name of Herbert George Rose, of Auckland, clerk, be restored to the roll of solicitors of the Supreme Court of New Zealand.

Law Practitioners Act 1955

Pursuant to the Law Practitioners Act 1955, notice is hereby given that the Disciplinary Committee of the New Zealand Law Society, on the 3rd day of October 1962, ordered that the name of Augustine Peter McAlevey, of Dunedin, barrister and solicitor, be struck off the rolls of barristers and solicitors of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and that he pay the sum of one hundred and seventy-eight pounds fifteen shillings (£178 15s.) costs.
