Land in the Otago Land District Acquired as Permanent State Forest Land

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY LOTS 1 and 2, D.P. 10201, being Section 10 and part Sections 6, 8, 9, 1 of 11, 3 of 11, 1 of 12, and 1073R, situated in Block V, Otokia Survey District, Taieri County: Area, 645 acres 3 roods 20 perches, more or less. As shown on plan No. 215/32 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 8 of the Standards Act 1941, notice is hereby given that the above draft New Zealand standard specification is being circulated.

All persons who may be affected by this specification and who desire to comment thereon may, on application, obtain copies on loan from the New Zealand Standards Institute, Bowen State Building, Bowen Street, or Private Bag, Wellington C.1.
