A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrow-cloagh, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 28th day of March 1891 to be street.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 21·3 perches situated in Blocks VI and X, Tauranga Survey District, Borough of Tauranga, Auckland R.D., being part Te Papa Parish, Lot 4, roadline; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6510 (M.L. 18632) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of October 1962.

Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrow-cloagh, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government roads described in the Schedule hereto, those roads being no longer required.

All those pieces of road situated in Block XX, Waihola Survey District, Otago R.D., described as follows:

Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowcloagh, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY SECTION 27, Block III, Hukerenui Survey District, situated in Whangarei County: Area, 188 acres 2 roods 21 perches, more or less. As shown on plan No. 9/42 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 43589.)

Pursuant to section 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby grants to the Waitemata County Council (hereinafter called the Council) control of parts of the foreshore as described in the First Schedule hereto, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Second Schedule hereto.

That portion of the foreshore of Hauraki Gulf commencing at the intersection of the eastern side of State Highway No. 1 with the southern bank of the Orewa River, in Block VII, Waiwera Survey District, and extending south-easterly to the northernmost corner of Lot 3, D.P. 47856 (Esplanade Reserve), in Block XII, Waiwera Survey District; as the same is shown coloured red on the plan marked M.D. 11310 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

That portion of the foreshore of Hauraki Gulf commencing at the northernmost corner of Lot 179, D.P. 17816 (Recreation Reserve), in Block IV, Tiritiri Survey District, and extending northerly and easterly generally to the north-eastern corner of Lot 1, D.P. 48098, in Block I, Tiritiri Survey District; as the same is shown coloured red on the plan marked M.D. 11310 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

That portion of the foreshore of Hauraki Gulf commencing at a point on the shores of Matak tỉa Bay in line with the south-western boundary of part Allotment 17, Waiwera Parish, in Block IV, Tiritiri Survey District, and extending north-easterly and south-easterly generally to the southernmost corner of Allotment 221, Waiwera Parish; as the same is shown coloured red on the plan marked M.D. 11310 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.
