A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric
Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the
First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim and declare
that the street described in the Second Schedule hereto is
hereby closed and added to the land now held for the develop-
ment of water power (Central Park Substation) described in
the Third Schedule hereto.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
Land Proclaimed as Street
ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Wellington,
Wellington R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrow-
clough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zea-
land, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto
and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court
by an order dated the 11th day of August 1916, to be road.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres 3 roods 5 perches
situated in Block III, Te Tumu Survey District, being part
Papamoa No. 2, Section 5; as the same is more particularly
