A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of November 1962.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 5·4 perches situated in Block X, Mangakahia Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Section 33; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6540 (S.O. 42723) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of November 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for health (mental hygiene) purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of November 1962.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 2 roods 27·7 perches situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Rural Section 275; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6489 (S.O. 9902), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for a public school, subject to a building-line restriction imposed by notice No. 523230, Canterbury Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of November 1962.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 24·5 perches situated in Block VI, Christchurch Survey District, and being lot 90, D.P. 22115, being part Rural Section 330. Part of the land in Proclamations 445873 and 496640, Canterbury Land Registry.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 2 roods 9·1 perches situated in Block V, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part land on D.P. 15111; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6474 (S.O. 43827) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres 3 roods 28 perches situated in Block V, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lots 16 and 19 of a subdivision of portion Allotment 49, Parish of Manurewa. All certificate of title, Volume 518, folio 267, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by George Frederick Moore, of Rotorua, farmer, and Zita Edith Moore, his wife, under and by virtue of renewable Crown lease recorded in register book, Volume 2012, folio 65, Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of November 1962.
