A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of November 1962.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 3 perches situated in Block IX, Town of Kurow, Otago R.D., being Lot 5, D.P. 9623, being also part Section 11.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of November 1962.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of November 1962.
