Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Rodney County
Council
Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby
sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a
reserve for recreation purposes and, further, pursuant to the
Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the
Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of
Rodney, in trust, for that purpose.

ALLOTMENTS 336, 337, 340, 341, and 342, Mahurangi Parish,
situated in Block VIII, Mahurangi Survey District: Total

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Lumsden Town Council and
Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Coun-
cillors, and Citizens of the Town District of Lumsden and
revokes the reservation as a site for public baths over the
land described in the Schedule hereto.

Licensing Timothy William Lees to Use and Occupy a Part
of the Foreshore and Bed of the Matakana River as a Site
for a Boat-building Shed and Jetty
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licenses and permits Timothy William Lees (herein-
after called the licensee, which term shall include his
administrators, executors, or assigns unless the context requires
a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the
foreshore and bed of the Matakana River, as shown on plan
marked M.D. 11381 and deposited in the office of the
Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting
and maintaining a boat-building shed and jetty thereon as
shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed
by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions
set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regula-
   tions 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so
   far as applicable, apply hereto.
2. The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds
   (£5) and the annual sum so payable ten pounds (£10).
3. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st
   day of November 1962.

   Tryphena Harbour, Great Barrier Island, as a Site for a
   Stock Landing
   Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
   hereby licenses and permits Ivan Thomas Miller (hereinafter
   called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators,
   executors, or assigns unless the context requires a different
   construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and
   bed of the harbour at Shoal Bay, Tryphena Harbour, Great
   Barrier Island, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11386 and
   deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Welling-
   ton, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining a stock land-
   ing thereon, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held
   and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and
   conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
   SCHEDULE

   the Bed of Lake Wakatipu at Queenstown as a Site for a
   Jetty
   Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
   hereby licenses and permits Horace Tomkies (hereinafter
   called the licensee, which term shall include his executors,
   administrators, or assigns unless the context requires a different
   construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of Lake
   Wakatipu at Queenstown, as shown on plan marked M.D.
   5225 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department
   at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining a jetty thereon
   as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed
   by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions
   set forth in the Schedule hereto.
   SCHEDULE
   CONDITIONS
7. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regula-
   tions 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far
   as applicable, apply hereto.
8. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st
   day of October 1962.
9. The premium payable by the licensee shall be two pounds
   (£2), and the annual sum so payable shall be three pounds
   (£3).
10. The master of every vessel discharging ballast at the
    said jetty shall have all such ballast taken away and deposited
    above high-water mark, or at such place as may be approved
    by the Minister of Marine or by any person appointed by the
    Minister for that purpose.

    Licensing the Akaroa Fishermen's Association (Incorporated)
    to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the
    Akaroa Harbour at Boatslip Bay as a Site for a Boatslip
    Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
    hereby licenses and permits the Akaroa Fishermen's Associa-
    tion (Incorporated) (hereinafter called the licensee, which
    term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context
    requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part
    of the foreshore and bed of Akaroa Harbour at Boatslip Bay,
    as shown on plan marked M.D. 8767 and deposited in the
    office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the pur-
    pose of maintaining thereon a boatslip as shown on the said
    plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee
    upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the
    Schedule hereto.
