Dedication of a Road Reserve as a Road

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby dedicates the road reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a road.

Declaration that Part of the Queenstown Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve, Change of the Purpose of the Reserve, and Vesting in the Queenstown Borough Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Queenstown Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act and, further, pursuant to the said Act changes the purpose of the said reserve from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for municipal camping ground purposes and vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Queenstown, in trust, for those purposes.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and how Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto and, further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Waitemata County Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council’s Reserves Account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other recreation reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for recreation purposes.
