Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed in Block XIII, Grey Survey District, Ashley County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and also hereby proclaim as closed that portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
CANterbury LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 26·7 perches situated in Block XIII, Grey Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Rural Section 10097; coloured blue on plan.
SECOND SCHEDULE
CANterbury LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 29·7 perches situated in Block XIII, Grey Survey District, Canterbury R.D., adjoining Reserve 2250; coloured green on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6213 (S.O. 9806) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of October 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in roadways laid out by the Maori Land Court by orders dated the 30th day of September 1899 and the 17th day of May 1961 to be road.
