Maraekakaho Crown Grant District; thence down the middle of that river, to and up the middle of the Ngaruroro River to its intersection with a right line between Trig. Stations 26 (Tauwhaketewhango) and 65A; thence easterly along that right line to Trig. Station 65A in Block XXI, Kaweka Survey District; thence north-easterly along a right line through Trig. Station 68A to the middle of the Mohaka River; thence up the middle of that river to a point in line with Trig. Stations I and G (Te Matai) and proceeding north-easterly along that right line to Trig. Station G; thence south-easterly along a right line to Trig. Station III and then north-westerly along a right line towards Trig. Station E to its intersection with the northern boundary of Pohue Survey District; thence along a right line due east, being that northern boundary to and north-easterly along the north-western boundary of Section 5, Block IV, Pohue Survey District, and its production to and down the middle of the Waipunga River to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 5; thence south-westerly to and along that boundary to its intersection with the line running due east being the northern boundary of Pohue Survey District; thence due east along that boundary, to and due south along the eastern boundary of the said Pohue Survey District and its production to and down the middle of the Mohaka River to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 6, Block V, Waitara Survey District; thence south-easterly to and along that boundary and the north-eastern boundary of Section 3, Block XI, Waitara Survey District, to and down the middle of the Waikare River to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Block 51, Mohaka Crown Grant District; thence north-easterly to and along that boundary to its northernmost point, including the crossing of No. 2 State Highway; thence easterly generally along the northern boundary of the said Block 51, the southern boundaries of Lots 6 and 8, D.P. 10213, and again the northern boundary of the aforementioned Block 51 to the westernmost corner of Section 1, Block III, Moeangiangi Survey District; thence south-easterly and north-easterly along the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of the said Section 1 to the northernmost point of Lot 2, D.P. 4021; thence south-easterly generally along the north-eastern boundaries of that lot, Lot 2, Lot 6, and again Lot 2, both D.P. 4020, to the right bank of the Waitaha Stream; thence down that bank to the sea coast, and southerly generally along the coast to the point of commencement. As the said area is shown on the plans marked S.H.D. 283/1, 283/2, 283/3, and 283/4 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington, and thereon outlined in blue; on the plan marked S.H.D. 454 deposited as aforesaid and thereon outlined in red; and on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 595 deposited as aforesaid, and thereon outlined in yellow.


THIRD SCHEDULE

KING COUNTRY ELECTRIC POWER DISTRICT

ALL that area in the South Auckland, Wellington, Hawke’s Bay, and Taranaki Land Districts comprising the Town Districts of Ohura and Manunui, and portions of the Counties of Taumarunui and Taupo, bounded by a line commencing at the confluence of the Panirau Stream and the Mokau River and running generally easterly along the northern boundary of the Ohura County as described in Gazette, No. 26, of the 31st day of March 1938, at page 823, to the easternmost corner of Subdivision 3 of Section 16, Block VI, Aria Survey District; thence easterly generally along the north-eastern boundary of Subdivision 2 of Section 2, Block VII, of the said survey district, to and along the western side of Pirere Road to a point in line with the generally northern boundary of Section 6, Block VII, aforesaid, and along a right line to and along that northern boundary and its production to and along the eastern side of the Ohura-Mokau Road to the westernmost corner of Rangitoto Tuhua No. 61c 3 Block; thence north-easterly along the north-western boundary of that block and the north-western boundary of Rangitoto Tuhua No. 61c 4 Block, to and along the northern boundary of the Ohura County as hereinbefore described, to and along the northern boundaries of Sections 9 and 10 and the north-western boundary of Section 1, all of Block V, Tangitu Survey District, and again along the northern boundary of the Ohura County as hereinbefore described, to and along the northern boundary of part Section 7, Block VI, Tangitu Survey District, to and along the northern boundary of the Ohura County as hereinbefore described, to and along the northern boundary of the Taumarunui County as described in Gazette, No. 20, of the 20th day of March 1930, at page 784, to and along the generally western and south-eastern shores of Lake Taupo to the north-eastern corner of Block II, Tokaanu Survey District; thence southerly along the eastern boundary of Block II aforesaid, to and along the eastern boundary of Block V, Tokaanu Survey District, for a distance of 50 chains; thence due east along a right line to the eastern boundary of Block VII, Waitahanui Survey District; thence due north along the eastern boundaries of Blocks VII and III of the last-mentioned survey district, and the eastern boundaries of Blocks XV, XI, VII, and III, Tauhara Survey District, to a point being the intersection of the eastern boundary of the last-mentioned block with a right line from Trig. Station 42 (Tauhara) in such last-mentioned block, to Trig. Station F (Tiritiri) in Block III, Heruiwi Survey District; thence easterly along the said right line to Trig. Station F (Tiritiri); thence southerly along the eastern boundary of Taupo County as described in Gazette, 1950,

page 277, to a point in the middle of the Mohaka River in line with the eastern boundary of Pohue Survey District; thence along a line due north and then due west along the eastern and northern boundaries of that Survey District to the south-eastern boundary of Section 5, Block IV, Pohue Survey District; thence north-easterly along that boundary and its production to and up the Waipunga River to a point in line with the north-western boundary of the said section 5; thence south-westerly to and along that boundary to its intersection with a right line due west, being the northern boundary of Pohue Survey District; thence along that line due west to its intersection with a right line between Trig. Stations E and III; thence south-easterly along that right line to the said Trig. Station III, and north-westerly along a right line to Trig. Station G (Te Matai) and then south-westerly along a right line through Trig. Station I to and down the middle of the Mohaka River to a point in line with a right line between Trig. Stations 68A and 65A, being also a point on the eastern boundary of Taupo County as aforesaid; thence southerly, westerly, and northerly generally along the eastern and southern boundaries of that county, to and along the southern and western boundaries of the Kaitieke County as described in Gazette, No. 39, of the 9th day of June 1927, at page 1960, to and along the western boundary of the Taumarunui County as hereinbefore described to and along the southern and western boundaries of the Ohura County as hereinbefore described, to the point of commencement; save and excepting thereout the Borough of Taumarunui as described in Gazette, No. 79, of the 25th day of August 1910, at page 3231. As the said area is shown on the plan marked S.H.D. 406, deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington, and thereon outlined in brown; but excluding therefrom the area shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 595 deposited as aforesaid, and thereon outlined in yellow.

Declaring Land in North Auckland Land District Vested in the Auckland Education Board as a Site for a Public School to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto being an area vested in the Auckland Education Board as a site for a public school shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

PART Allotment S.W. 49, Paparoa Parish, situated in Block XI, Matakohc Survey District: Area, 1 acre 1 rood 25Β·1 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 577, folio 115 (limited as to parcels and title). As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/1242B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be Subject to the Land Act 1948

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being a provisional State forest reserve set apart by Proclamation dated the 21st day of January 1946 and published in Gazette, 24 January 1946, Volume I, page 72, is required for settlement purposes; and in accordance with the provisions of the said Act such land shall, from and after the day of gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown land available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.
