A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of October 1962.

HAWKES BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 19·45 perches situated in the City of Hastings, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lots 3 and 4, D.P. 8339, part Heretaunga Block.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for metal pits and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waimarino as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of October 1962.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sewerage purposes and shall vest in the North Shore Drainage Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of October 1962.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 5 acres 38 perches situated in Block VIII, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 3, D.P. 31537, being part Allotments 198 and N.E. 199, Parish of Takapuna; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6428 (S.O. 41959) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
