Land Taken for a Public School in Block II, Chatton Survey District
H. E. BARROWCLOUGH, Administrator of the Government
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of October 1962.
SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 5 acres situated in Block II, Chatton Survey District, Southland R.D., being part Section 7. All certificate of title, Volume 39, folio 248, Southland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of October 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of October 1962.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 4 perches situated in Block X, Arowhenua Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being part Reserve 4037; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6212 (S.O. 9987) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the agreements as to fencing contained in memoranda of transfer Nos. 236886 and 661201 and to the drainage easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 610517, Auckland Land Registry, for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of October 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken, subject as to Lot 5, D.P. 35094, to the agreement as to fencing contained in memorandum of transfer No. 462544, Auckland Land Registry, for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of October 1962.
