Public Reserve Set Apart for Better Utilisation in Block VIII, Ruakaka Survey District
H. E. BARROWCLOUGH, Administrator of the Government
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of October 1962.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of public reserve containing 7 acres 2 roods 25 perches situated in Block VIII, Ruakaka Survey District, Auckland R.D., being Section 1, Block X, Town of Marsden.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of October 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of a public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of October 1962.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of public reserve containing 2·1 perches situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 243, Parish of Titirangi; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6413 (S.O. 43099) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of October 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, now held for defence purposes, is hereby set apart for the Northcote-Albany Motorway, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of the Northcote-Albany Motorway; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of October 1962.

ALL that piece of land containing 0·5 of a perch situated in Block XII, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part land below mean high water mark, Shoal Bay; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6419 (S.O. 41941) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of October 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land first described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, and the land secondly described in the said Schedule, now held for better utilisation, are hereby set apart for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of October 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, and also hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 25th day of June 1962 and published in Gazette, 28 June 1962, No. 41, page 998, taking land for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall be deemed to have taken effect on and after the 27th day of March 1961,
