Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes at New Plymouth, Subject to a Building-line Condition

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes, subject to the building-line condition created by W. 9363, Taranaki Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of October 1962.
SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 30·3 perches situated in the City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., and being Lot 1, D.P. 8218, being part Section 58, Grey District. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 151, folio 107, Taranaki Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of October 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of October 1962.

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 rood 23·9 perches situated in the Borough of Patea, Taranaki R.D., and being Lots 34, 35, and 36, D.P. 66, being part Section 42, Patea Suburban.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for post office purposes (V.H.F. station); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of October 1962.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 2 roods 3 perches situated in Block III, Otaio Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Section 14, Claremont Settlement; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6211 (S.O. 9995) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 16·7 perches situated in Block I, Town of Maheno, Otago R.D., being part Section 1; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156941 (S.O. 12347) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange, bordered dark orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of October 1962.
