NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above company by the Supreme Court was, on the 10th
day of October 1962, presented to the said Court by the
Commissioner of Inland Revenue; and that the said petition
is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wanganui
on the 23rd day of November 1962 at 10 o’clock in the
forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said
company desirous to support or oppose the making of an
order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing
in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy
of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to
any creditor or contributory requiring a copy on payment
of the regulated charge for the same.

PAPATOETOE BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Papatoetoe Borough Council resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing annual charges on a
loan of thirty-two thousand four hundred pounds (£32,400)
authorised to be raised by the Papatoetoe Borough Council
under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of financing
the erection of accommodation for aged persons within the
borough, the said Papatoetoe Borough Council hereby makes
a special rate of decimal nought nine three eight pence
(0·0938d.) in the pound on the rateable value of all rateable
property in the Borough of Papatoetoe; and that such special
rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of
the loan repayable on the 1st day of August in each and
every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of
thirty (30) years, or until such time as the loan is fully paid
off.”

BOROUGH OF CAMBRIDGE
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Cambridge Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of £21,440 authorised to be raised by the Cambridge
Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the
purpose of providing water reticulation in the Leamington
Ward, the said Cambridge Borough Council hereby makes a
special rate of one decimal six pence (1·6d.) in the pound
upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved
value) of all rateable property of the Leamington Ward of
the Borough of Cambridge; and that the special rate shall be
an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and
be payable yearly on the 1st day of November in each and
every year during the currency of the loan, being a period
of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The foregoing resolution was duly passed at a meeting of
the Cambridge Borough Council held on the 3rd day of
October 1962.

NORTH AUCKLAND ELECTRIC POWER BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
North Auckland Electric Power Board hereby resolves as
follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of one hundred thousand pounds (£100,000) authorised
to be raised by the North Auckland Electric Power Board
under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of supplying
and distributing electrical energy and undertaking works inci-
dental thereto to the oil refinery at Marsden Point and for
the benefit of the North Auckland Electric Power District,
the said North Auckland Electric Power Board hereby makes
a special rate of twenty-one one hundredths of one penny
(21/100d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value (on the
basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the
North Auckland Electric Power District; and that the special
rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of
the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in
each and every year during the currency of the loan, being
a period of twenty (20) years, or until the loan is fully paid
off.”

TAURANGA ELECTRIC POWER BOARD
RESOLUTION LEVYING SPECIAL RATE
Electrical Extension Loan 1962
“THAT, for the purpose of providing for the payment of the
principal and interest and other charges in respect of the
Tauranga Electric Power Board Electrical Extension Loan
1962, £70,000, authorised to be raised, the Tauranga Electric
Power Board, by special order under the Local Authorities
Loans Act 1956, for the purpose of providing additional
moneys for the further reticulation of the Tauranga Electric
Power District, the Board hereby makes and levies a special
rate of 1/5th of a penny in the pound on the rateable
value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable
property in the Tauranga Electric Power District; and that
such special rate shall be payable on the 20th day of October
in each and every year during the currency of such loan,
being a period of 15 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
We hereby certify that the above is a true and correct
copy of a resolution passed by the Board on 10 October 1962.

WAIROA BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Camping Ground Improvement Loan 1962, £7,500
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Wairoa Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges
on a loan of £7,500 authorised to be raised by the Wairoa
Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the
purpose of erecting a new kitchen and ablution block, six
cabins, and other ancillary works associated therewith at
the Wairoa Borough Camping Ground, the said Wairoa
Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal
two four of a penny upon the rateable value of all rateable
property of the Borough of Wairoa, comprising the whole
of the borough; and that the special rate shall be an annual-
recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be pay-
able yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every
year during the currency of the loan, being a period of
20 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The foregoing resolution was passed at a meeting of the
Wairoa Borough Council held on the 8th day of October
1962.
