All that area in the South Auckland Land District, Hauraki Plains County, bounded by a line commencing at the junction of the right bank of the Piako River with the right bank of the Awaiiti Canal in Block VI, Waihou Survey District, and proceeding southerly generally along that right bank to its junction with the northern boundary of Section 15, Block XV, Waihou Survey District; thence southerly along the generally eastern, easterly along the northern, southerly along the eastern, and westerly along the southern boundaries of that Section 15, to and northerly and then westerly generally along the eastern boundary of the Elstow Canal Reserve shown on S.O. 24202 (Sheet 2), and the eastern boundary of the Elstow Canal Reserve shown on Blocks XI and X, Waihou Survey District, to and along the right bank of the Elstow Canal, and northerly along the right bank of the Piako River to the point of commencement.

Notice Relating to the Use of Insecticides (Notice No. Ag. 7444)
Pursuant to clause 3 (2) of the Stock (Insecticides and Oestrogens) Regulations 1961,* the Minister of Agriculture hereby gives notice that the chemicals specified in the Schedule hereto are approved for use as active ingredients in any insecticide registered under the Stock Remedies Act 1934 subject to the use of that insecticide in the manner prescribed by the proprietor for the control or destruction of arthropod parasites or other insect pests on cattle, sheep, or swine.

Law Practitioners Act 1955
Pursuant to the Law Practitioners Act 1955, notice is hereby given that the disciplinary committee of the New Zealand Law Society, on the 19th day of September 1962, ordered that Bert William Johanson, of Whakatane, barrister and solicitor, be struck off the rolls of barristers and solicitors of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and that he pay the sum of one hundred guineas (Β£105) to the Auckland District Law Society.

Pursuant to the Law Practitioners Act 1955, notice is hereby given that the disciplinary committee of the New Zealand Law Society, on the 19th day of September 1962, ordered that Edward Dolan, of Invercargill, barrister and solicitor, be struck off the rolls of barristers and solicitors of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and that he pay the sum of one hundred pounds (Β£100) to the Southland District Law Society.

Plants Declared Noxious Weeds in the County of Coromandel
(Notice No. Ag. 7445)
Pursuant to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, and to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture under section 9 of the Department of Agriculture Act 1953 for the purposes of the said section, the following special order, made by the Coromandel County Council on the 22nd day of August 1962 is hereby published.
SPECIAL ORDER
That woolly nightshade (Solanum auriculatum), a plant which may be declared to be a noxious weed under section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, be declared to be a noxious weed within the boundaries of the County of Coromandel.

Plants Declared Noxious Weeds in the County of Waitaki
(Notice No. Ag. 7452)
Pursuant to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, and to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture under section 9 of the Department of Agriculture Act 1953 for the purposes of the said section, the following special order, made by the Waitaki County Council on the 28th day of September 1962, is hereby published.
SPECIAL ORDER
That, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the provisions of section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Council of the County of Waitaki hereby declares that the plants in the Schedule hereto attached shall be declared noxious weeds within the district comprising the whole of the County of Waitaki as at present constituted.

Plants Declared Noxious Weeds in the County of Waitemata
(Notice No. Ag. 7453)
Pursuant to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, and to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture under section 9 of the Department of Agriculture Act 1953 for the purposes of the said section, the following special order, made by the Waitemata County Council on the 23rd day of August 1962, is hereby published.
SPECIAL ORDER
In pursuance of the powers conferred upon it by the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Waitemata County Council doth hereby declare, by way of special order, that Manchurian wild rice (Zizania latifolia) referred to in the First Schedule of the afore-mentioned Act, to be a noxious weed within the County of Waitemata, and that the date of the coming into effect of this special order be the date upon which it is gazetted.

Describing the Boundaries of the Dunedin Abattoir District and Specifying the Dunedin City Council as the Controlling Authority of the Dunedin Abattoir (Notice No. Ag. 7446)
Pursuant to section 15 (7) of the Meat Act 1939, and to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said section, notice is hereby given as follows:
- The Dunedin Abattoir District shall henceforth comprise the districts of the following local authorities:
(a) The Dunedin City Council;
(b) The Green Island Borough Council;
(c) The Mosgiel Borough Council;
(d) The Port Chalmers Borough Council;
(e) The St. Kilda Borough Council;
(f) The West Harbour Borough Council;
(g) The Palmerston Borough Council;
(h) The Waikouaiti Borough Council.
(i) The Milton Borough Council.
- The Dunedin City Council shall continue to be the controlling authority of the Dunedin Abattoir.
