Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Waitaki County Council
PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands
hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto
as a reserve for recreation purposes and, further, pursuant to
the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve
in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County
of Waitaki, in trust, for that purpose.

Cancellation of Vesting and Revocation of Reservation Over

Dividing District into Subdivisions

Act 1920, the Minister of Internal Affairs hereby publishes
the following special order made by the Hauraki South
Drainage Board.

SPECIAL ORDER
THAT, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred
on it by the Land Drainage Act 1908 and the Land Drainage
Amendment Act 1920 and all other powers it thereunto
enabling, the Board of Trustees of the Hauraki South Drain-
age District hereby resolves by way of special order to sub-
divide the district into four subdivisions for the purposes of

representation within the district, the subdivisions, which are
detailed below, shall be assigned the following names, Eastern
Subdivision, Central Subdivision, Awaiti Subdivision, and
Western Subdivision. The Eastern Subdivision shall be entitled
to two trustees, the Central Subdivision shall be entitled to
two trustees, the Awaiti Subdivision shall be entitled to one
trustee, and the Western Subdivision shall be entitled to two
trustees.

EASTERN SUBDIVISION, TWO TRUSTEES
All that area in the South Auckland Land District, Hauraki
Plains and Piako Counties, bounded by a line commencing at
the junction of the western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 11081,
produced to meet the left bank of the Waihou River in
Block XI, Waihou Survey District, and proceeding easterly
and southerly generally along that left bank and the left bank
of the Ngahina Canal, to and again along the left bank of
the Waihou River to the north-eastern corner of Awaiti 1H 2A
3 in Block IV, Waitoa Survey District; thence generally
westerly along the generally northern boundaries of the said
1H 2A 3 to the westernmost corner of Awaiti 1H 2B 1; thence
along a right line to and along the eastern boundary of Section
18, Block XV, Waihou Survey District, and along another
right line being the last-mentioned boundary produced across
Awaiti South Road, to and along its eastern side to the north-
