Appointment of a Maori Warden Under the Maori Social
and Economic Advancement Act 1945
Pursuant to section 11 of the Maori Social and Economic
Advancement Act 1945, the Minister of Maori Affairs hereby
appoints the person named in the first column of the Schedule
hereto to be a Maori Warden for the Tribal District shown
in the second column of the Schedule.

Revocation of Appointment and Appointment of Transport
Licensing Authority for the Nos. 5B, 6, and 7 Transport
Districts
Pursuant to section 84 of the Transport Act 1949, the
Minister of Transport hereby revokes as from the 31st day
of October 1962 the appointment of Alexander Kinninmont
Murray, Esquire, of Lower Hutt, as the District Transport
Licensing Authority for the No. 5B, No. 6, and No. 7
Transport Districts, and hereby appoints Air Vice Marshal
Malcolm Frederick Calder, of Wellington, as District Licen-
sing Authority for the No. 5B, No. 6, and No. 7 Transport
Districts for a term commencing on the 1st day of November
1962 and ending with the 30th day of April 1963.
