NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the First Schedule hereto for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Hick's Bay and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the said taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of the said land, set forth the same in writing and send such writing, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Declaration that Part of the Hamilton Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Hamilton Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act and, further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying that the Land Shall Vest in the Wairoa Borough Council in Fee Simple and How the Value Thereof Shall be Utilised
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto and, further, declares that the said land shall vest in the Wairoa Borough Council in fee simple provided that the sum of £410 is paid by the Council into its reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other recreation reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for recreation purposes.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for a pleasure ground described in the Schedule hereto and, further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Taieri County Council in such manner, at such price, and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine.
