Pursuant to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Hastings City Council to permit the laying off of the streets described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of their length of less than 66ft, but not less than 40ft, subject to a condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 6326 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 20ft from the side line of the said streets.
