purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.

ALL that portion of road containing 3 roods 17'8 perches
situated in Block XIII, Waipukurau Survey District, Waipawa
County, Hawke's Bay R.D., and adjoining or passing through
part Lot 3, D.P. 7543, and part Lot 6, D.P. 4088, being part
Block 217, Ruataniwha Crown Grant District; coloured green
on plan.

THIRD SCHEDULE

Land Taken
ALL that piece of land containing 19'6 perches situated in
Block XIII, Waipukurau Survey District, Waipawa County,
Hawke's Bay R.D., and being part Lot 3, D.P. 7543, being part
Block 217, Ruataniwha Crown Grant District; coloured blue,
edged blue, on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 6336 (S.O. 3465) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

Land Resumed Under Wellington Botanic Garden Vesting
Act 1891

H. E. BARROWCLOUGH, Administrator of the Government
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 11 of the Wellington Botanic Garden
Vesting Act 1891, I, Major-General the Right Honourable
Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the
Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
resumed and shall, on and after the 15th day of October
1962, become vested in Her Majesty the Queen absolutely,
to be held and used for the purposes declared in the said
section 11.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
SECTION 1231, Town of Wellington, situated in Block VI,
Port Nicholson Survey District: Area, 1 acre 1 rood 34'69
perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 491,

IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, His
Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council,
hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities
mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole
or any part of the respective amounts specified in that
Schedule.
