PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints John Patrick McMurtrie to be a member of the Albury Domain Board, Canterbury Land District, in place of Seymour Arnold Cox, resigned.

Revocation of Appointment of Ship Cove and Queen Charlotte Sound Reserve Board to Control the Paten Passage Scenic Reserve and Revocation of Reservation Over the Said Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Ship Cove and Queen Charlotte Sound Reserve Board as published in Gazette, 30 July 1959, page 1041, as far as it relates to the Paten Passage Scenic Reserve described in the Schedule hereunder and, further, revokes the reservation for scenic purposes over the said land.

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage Reserves and Vesting Reserves in the Waimairi County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Spencerville Residents Association Incorporated to control and manage the recreation reserves described in the Schedule hereto and, further, vests the said reserves in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waimairi, in trust, for recreation purposes.
