Land Taken for Parking Purposes, Service Lane, and Access Way in the Borough of Kaitaia

H. E. BARROWCLOUGH, Administrator of the Government
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for parking purposes, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane, and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an access way, and that the land described in the First, Second, and Third Schedules hereto shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Kaitaia as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of October 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an access way and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of October 1962.

ALL that piece of land containing 0·45 of a perch situated in Block II, Maketu Survey District, Borough of Te Puke, being part Lot 54, D.P. 10863; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6223 (S.O. 41520) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
