CORRIGENDUM
IN a Proclamation published in Gazette, 1962, No. 53, at page 1380, declaring railway land to be Crown land, in the Schedule thereto, on page 1381, delete the areas of 12 acres and 20 perches, 1 acre 1 rood 1 perch, 2 acres and 3 perches, and 1 acre and 6 perches, described as portions of Karaka No. 1, No. 4, No. 3, and No. 1, coloured blue, green, red, and blue respectively on S.O. Plan 714, and substitute therefor the following: “14 acres 3 roods 31·6 perches, being the balance of the areas tenthly, eleventhly, twelfthly, and fourteenthly described in Gazette 1904, page 1309, situated in Block IV, Waikohu Survey District, S.O. Plan 714, coloured blue, green, and red, being part of Proclamation 96”.
Also, delete all reference to the area of 5 acres 3 roods 6 perches described as Lot 1 of Section 12, Block XI, Motu Survey District, S.O. Plan 950, on page 1382.

Land Taken for Better Utilisation in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of October 1962.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 12 perches situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being parts of Lots 2 and 3 of Section 9 on D.P. 5 and being part Allotment 7, Suburbs of Auckland. All certificate of title, Volume 874, folio 16, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of September 1962.

Easement Over Land Taken for Electricity Purposes in the City of Dunedin

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken in perpetuity for electricity purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin full and free right, liberty, and licence at all times hereafter by means of underground electric cables laid under and through the said land to transmit and convey electric current and electricity under and through the said land and to construct and lay such underground electric cables as shall be necessary for the purpose aforesaid, and from time to time inspect, maintain, alter, replace, and relay such cables and to lay new or additional cables and also to make all such entries with or without vehicles, apparatus, and appliances, and to do all such further acts and things as shall be necessary for the purpose of exercising and enjoying all or any of the rights, privileges, and easements hereby taken.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2·9 perches situated in Block II, Andersons Bay Survey District, Otago R.D., being part Section 3; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6202 (S.O. 13169) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of September 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Lake Taupo and the Waikato River power scheme); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of October 1962.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 32 perches situated in the City of Rotorua, being Lot 17, D.P. S.7088, being part Kaitao Rotohokahoka No. 1b Block. Part certificate of title, Volume 1465, folio 37, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of September 1962.
