PIAKO COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928

Notice is hereby given that the Piako County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to take the lands described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of a road; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Piako County Council, Kenrick Street, Te Aroha, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public works or by the taking of such lands who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of such works or to the taking of such lands must deliver their objections in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk, Piako County Council, Council Chambers, Kenrick Street, Te Aroha.

SCHEDULE

The lands described hereunder are shown on Survey Office Plan 39550 and are situated at Walton at the junction of the Piakoiti Valley Road and the Tahuna-Waharoa Main Highway No. 447.

WAIUKU BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Waiuku Borough District Scheme Change Approved

Pursuant to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that a change in the district scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 for the Borough of Waiuku was approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 10th day of September 1962 after all objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating to the scheme had been disposed of and the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed and all amendments of the district scheme required by the Board had been incorporated.

The Council has also resolved that the scheme shall come into operation on the 1st day of October 1962.

Copies of the scheme as approved have been deposited in the Council's office and in the public library in the district and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.

HELENSVILLE BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Public Notification of Helensville Borough District Scheme

Public notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Helensville Borough Council made on the 17th day of September 1962, a district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.

The scheme has been deposited in the offices of the Council, Commercial Road, Helensville, the Helensville Public Library, Commercial Road, Helensville, and the offices of the Auckland Regional Planning Authority, 26 Princes Street, Auckland C.1, in accordance with section 22 (1) of that Act and is there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.

Objections to the scheme or to any part thereof shall be in writing in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than 4 p.m. on Friday, 11 January 1963. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.

CITY OF AUCKLAND

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Change in City of Auckland District Scheme

Public notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Council made on the 24th day of September 1962, the Council has recommended that the operative district scheme be changed in respect of the matters listed in the Schedule hereto.

The change of the district scheme, as now recommended by the Council, have been deposited in the Town Hall (Town Planning Division), the Central Library, and each of the Branch Libraries, namely, Avondale, Epsom, Grafton, Grey Lynn, Parnell, Point Chevalier, Remuera, and Tamaki, and are there open for inspection by all persons interested therein, without fee, at any time when the above places are open to the public.

Objection to the proposed changes of the district scheme may be made by way of written notice in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, or to the like effect marked "objection to scheme change" and lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than the 16th day of November 1962. An appropriate form for use by objectors is available from the Town Hall or from the libraries.

At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection. Any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will then be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Council in writing within a period of which public notice will be given.
