SCHEDULE
CONDIIONS
- This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
- The term of the licence shall be 1 year from the 1st day of September 1962.
- The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) and the annual sum so payable five pounds (£5).

Revoking Licence Authorising the Manapouri-Doubtful Sound Tourist Co. Ltd. to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Land Below Low-water Mark at Holmwood Island in Lake Manapouri as a Site for a Jetty
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine, with the consent of the licensee, hereby revokes as from 1 September 1962 the licence of 18 July 1957, published in the Gazette, 25 July 1957, page 1382, authorising the Manapouri-Doubtful Sound Tourist Co. Ltd. to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Holmwood Island in Lake Manapouri, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10068 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a jetty as shown on the said plan.

Vesting the Management of a Jetty and Slipway at Karitane in Leonard Edward Anderson, Peter Francis Curtin, and Leslie Hororata Kent as Trustees for the Fishermen of the District
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby vests in Leonard Edward Anderson, Peter Francis Curtin, and Leslie Hororata Kent (as trustees for the fishermen of the district, and hereinafter called the trustees, which term shall include their successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) the management of a jetty and slipway at Karitane, Waikouaiti River, as shown on plans marked M.D. 2593, M.D. 9940, and M.D. 8545 respectively and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, such vesting to be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby prescribes that the dues and rates set forth in the Second Schedule hereto shall be charged and taken by the trustees for the use of the said jetty and slipway.
FIRST SCHEDULE CONDIIONS
- This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
- The annual sum so payable by the trustees shall be one shilling (1s.) payable on demand.
- The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 22nd day of February 1960.
- No vessel shall remain on the said slipway for more than three weeks if the use of the said slipway is required by another vessel.
- The master of every vessel discharging ballast at the said jetty shall have all such ballast taken away and deposited above high water mark, or at such place as may be approved by the Minister or by any person appointed by the Minister for that purpose.
SECOND SCHEDULE DUES AND RATES - Every person using the said jetty shall pay to the trustees annually the sum of one pound (£1).
- The owner of every vessel using the said slipway shall pay to the trustees the sum of two shillings and sixpence (2s. 6d.) for each day or part thereof that the vessel occupies the said slipway.

Fixing the Date of Coming Into Force of Regulation 5 (1) of the Hop Marketing Regulations 1939, Amendment No. 9 (Notice No. Ag. 7442)
PURSUANT to regulation 5 (1) of the Hop Marketing Regulations 1939, Amendment No. 9, the Minister of Agriculture hereby fixes the 1st day of October 1962 as the date on which regulation 5 (1) of the said Hop Marketing Regulations 1939, Amendment No. 9, shall come into force.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Bay of Islands Development Scheme)
PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette the land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 15 September 1930 and published in the Gazette, 25 September 1930, Volume III, page 2851.

Notice to Make Payment of Land Tax Under the Land and Income Tax Act 1954
PURSUANT to the Land and Income Tax Act 1954, the Commissioner of Inland Revenue hereby gives notice as follows:
Land tax for the year of assessment which commenced on the 1st day of April 1962 shall be due and payable in one sum on the 7th day of October 1962 at any office of the Taxes Division, Inland Revenue Department, or at any money-order post office.
