Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in the City of Rotorua to be Street

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 8th day of December 1951 to be street.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Major-General, the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Taranaki Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same, at the date hereof.
